We have our own manufacturing unit at Jodhpur working with superior craftsman fully equipped tools, machines that are high performing and assure us of hindrance free operations. |
 | Wood: - We use finest quality of wood e.g. teak, sheesham, acacia, and mango to manufacture and design our products. Taking about quality of our products, we ensure that the raw material used are procured from reliable vendors from different part of India e.g. Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab, M.P. We keep stock of all above wood in our wood warehouse so that the huge orders can be processed without any delay. |
 | Treatment & Seasoning Plants: - We have our own treatment and seasoning plants at our manufacturing unit, where our team of experts take care for drying and cleaning of wood used. The wood used is being checked by our supervisors from all the angles on different parameters before using them in production process. |
 | Production Process and Quality Control: - After satisfactory check only, the wood is allocated to the craftsman according to the requirement of a product by our supervisors. The craftsman now cuts, grinds, and provide the desire shape to the product according to the requirement of our customers. Strictly adhering to the quality norms, we make sure that we don’t leave any kind of loopholes in the production process. Each and every stage of production is carried out under the guidance of our quality checkers and skilled artisans who have years of experience in this domain.
Our craftsmen, with vast experience in their field have been pivotal in designing unique and immaculate furniture. Our artisans have given us a traditional touch to the modern design through incorporation's of various Indian patterns. Our team of experts maintains a strict vigil on the manufacturing process as well as quality of wood being used for designing. |
 | Polishing & Packaging Making final completion on production with perfect quality check only, the products is send to polish contractor for polishing who first properly sand the products and provide required colour and finish to it under control of our highly experienced supervisors. The products, when ready for packing, send to our own packing unit.
Packaging at our unit is an important process in order to deliver our products in the best condition. We keep a constant check on the proper packaging of our products and ensure that all the pieces reach the clients in safe conditions. The wooden as well as metal furniture at our unit need to be carefully packed to avoid wear and tear. Our packing experts carefully pack the furniture using straw, cotton, jute fabrics, bubble plastic, plastic sheets, corrugated paper and corrugated boxes, wooden boxes and other packing material as to provide full protection and to avoid any damage to our products.
Apart from the furniture, we ensure that all other misc. |  | Decorative and small accessory are also packed using full protection as to avoid any kind of problems.
Warehouse & Transportation
We have our own well built warehouse for storing a large number of our pack consignment along with our packing unit. This place helps us in meeting the bulk orders in time without any delay. Storing the products in this manner also helps in easy transportation of finished goods and save time that is unnecessary wasted searching for the products in the huge warehouse. Our warehouse is equipped with different material handling equipment that assists us in easily carrying the heavy loads within or outside the warehouse.
TRANSPORTATION is also a key factor of our success. Through our efficient logistics support and transportation facilities, we successfully supply our products in various corner of the world. We have a pool of our own logistic personnel who ensure that the products are delivered to the clients within the stipulated time frame. | In order to exports our products to different countries, we have tie ups with various shipping lines and freight forwarders who make sure that the orders reach their respective destinations without any hassles.
